Final major project for university, a live brief associated with the Western Health and Social Care Trust that allowed me to interact with live clients and work alongside young type 1 diabetics. To create an effective design solution for the transitional care stage of diabetes.

My aim for this project was to create an animation that expressed empowerment and focused on an important area of growing up in an social environment.With this animation it would allow adolescents to share this among social networking sites and educate them in a more enjoyable way.
